3^rd Young Scientist Cancer Congress

Calling all young scientists! We warmly invite postdoctoral researchers and early-career clinicians to submit abstracts for oral presentations or posters at the Young Scientist Cancer Congress (YS2C).

PhD students are encouraged to take part by submitting abstracts for poster presentations only — and are eligible for a lightning talk during the plenary session!

Your work will be reviewed by the YS2C Scientific Committee, and the most outstanding abstracts will be selected for oral or poster presentations.

Awards & Highlights

Several prizes will be awarded, including:

• Complimentary registration to the EACR 2025 Congress for the best oral presentation
• Pezcoller Foundation prizes
• Lightning Talk opportunity for the best selected posters (2-minute pitch with 1 slide) during a plenary session

Abstract Guidelines

Your abstract must include the following elements:

• Background: scientific or clinical context and main question
• Methods: concise and informative
• Results: key findings
• Conclusion: interpretation and relevance

Format requirements:

• Maximum: 2,500 characters (including spaces)
• Language: English
